I think that you have some really cool coaching tools, an inspiring style and awesome energy levels. I feel that many of your positive attributes, ways of thinking and perspectives are highly contagious and I always feel energised and truly inspired in your presence.

Chanty here are some of the things I believe were of most value to me:

- Expanding mindset and awareness, increasing the level at which you want to play at and hence grow your vision, clarity and sense of direction.

- Your ability to chunk-up, chunk-down and chunk-laterally works really well for exploring the terrains of mindset, present situation and future aspirations or goals. This, I feel, is a really powerful skill that, when combined with an externalization process (e.g. the post-it note walls), is a great mapping tool and I thoroughly enjoyed working through this with you.

- Improving my internal and external dialogue through strict focus and awareness of vocabulary and choice of words. Words, after all, are the seed from which thought sprouts and therefore so much more important than most would believe.

- Teaching new perspective. Perspectives such as “there are no problems.. merely situations” and viewing bills, expenses etc as “investments” really turns conventional thinking on its head and breaks the patterns that are so strongly ingrained in the collective mindset of society.

This was a big one for me, I feel that perspective is everything, it is the sprouting of the seed and you effectively facilitate this by planting seeds and watering them. Once I began to truly understand and know the magnitude of this, my mindset evolved to a whole new level. Allowing people to realise this basic, yet essential, truth is a very special gift indeed. I feel that this gets to the very core of being. It is through this perspective that you can really begin to access the power of the universe. Focus of the mind begins shifting from lack, or need, to an abundance mindset.

I believe that all of the above are relatively intangible in nature, however, the value is potentially infinite. I also feel that these beliefs are so important for success as an entreprenuer.

I feel your greatest strengths lie in your:

- Mindset
- Energy, Enthusiasm & Spirit
- Negotiation Skills
- Communication Skills
- Ability to create “Hot-teams”
- Ability to build and maintain rapport
- Personal and Business standards
- Network

Chanty I believe that all the above can be packaged into what I like to call getting “Chanty-fied”. I also believe that this is where the value of your service truly comes into its own. I truly believe you can develop the concept of Chantification into something that is one of its kind in the world and continue to magnify the power of the experience.
