You will notice the new harmony created amongst team members during Launch Pad, the final stage of Finite Visioning. New experiential challenges are set and solutions found, effortlessly, as groups begin to work as one. Team members walk away with a positive mindset, new-found belief in fellow team members and a greater understanding of the company they work for. This is a seriously entertaining, fun way to finish this rewarding four-day program.
